（arbitrary translation 任意訳: 　The wind was blowing southeast, at 1.9m/sec. 10m above the ground at 14:40.  Assuming this wind continued on, the radiation detected at the monitoring post 3 is supposed to have been released from Unit 1 around 15:16. The tsunami came slightly past 15:30, which confirms that the first radiation release was before the tsunami. ( All things considerered, it was presumably Unit 1 that first released radiation. )

That means two pounds for a kilogram, that can be disintegrating 8,000 disintegrations per second, and the Japanese are allowing that to be burned.
