 海上自衛隊のイージス艦「きりしま」（横須賀基地所属）が10月28日（日本時間29日）、ハワイ・カウアイ島沖で「ミサイル防衛」用迎撃ミサイルＳＭ３の迎撃実験を行い、「成功した」と報じられました。 経費は約67億円とされています。07年から始まった実験は4隻目となり、いったん一区切りとなります。今までに250億円を上回る巨額の血税が投じられました。

On Oct.28th, Kirishima, one of the four Aegis-equipped destroyers of Japan's Maritaime　Self Defense Force conducted another test of launching SM-3 off the coast of the Isalnd of Kauai, Hawaii,and the result has been announced as a success.  The estimated cost was 6.7 billiion yen. With this one on Kirishima as its last, the series of this kind of testing beginning in 2007 will be temporarily halted, so far having cost us more than 25 billion yen from our hard-earnedtax money.

ハワイの先住民への抑圧と環境破壊をもたらす点など、実験の問題点は以前のものと何ら変わっていません。 　(*参照 http://www.geocities.jp/nomd_campaign/report-NO-to-SM3.html )　これらに加えて強調したいのは、「実験成功」が“大本営発表”に他ならないことがますます明らかになっている点です。

All the problems with this kind of testing remains totally the same as they have been, including the oppression onto the indigenous peoples in the Pacific Ocean and environmental destructions there. 　Additionally, I want to emphasize that this report of 'success' is no different in its character from announcements made by the Imperial Headquaters during the WW2, with a lot of lies and exaggerations inserted.  That tendency of late is on the rise obviously.

It has been revealed in a thesis titled ' A Flawed and Dangerous U.S. Missile Defense Plan' by George N. Lewis and Theodore A. Postol, appearing in 'Arms Control Today―May, 2010’and in 'Sekai―Sept.' as its translated version into Japanese, that the most of the past testings of SM-3 by the U.S. have failed in required direct hitting.

民主党は、「ＭＤの総合的見直し」（衆院選政策集）という公約を実行しないまま、血税浪費の政策を踏襲し続けています。ＭＤという無駄遣い本丸こそ「事業仕分け」で廃止すべきです。

ところが、日米共同開発中の能力向上型ＳＭ３（ブロック２Ａ）の欧州輸出などを名目に、武器輸出禁止三原則の大幅緩和さえ強行されようとしています。

Still, Japan's Democratic Party keeps on succedding to its predecessor's tax-exhausting policy, without carrying out their campaign promise of ' comprehensive review of the Missile Defense system.'   It is this tax-gobbling bastion of  the MD system that they should abolish by means of their newly introduced way of national budget streamlining.

On the contrary,however, they are pressing for the planned broad relaxaion of the 3 principles of weaons-export prohibition, in the name of exporting enhanced intercepters called SM3 block 2A to Europe.

メンバー構成さえ秘匿した（民主党事務局に問い合わせても「メンバーはお知らせできません」）党内組織の秘密協議によって、憲法9条に基づく「国是」とも言われる大原則を破壊することは許されません。

「武器輸出国」への動きを止めるために、具体的行動を起こしていきましょう。

In a secret intra-party meeting whose members are never disclosed ( even though I made an phone-call inquiry to the party office as to that matter) , they are now discussing the relaxation, paying no respect for the 3 principles which can be termed as Japan's national policy based on the Article 9 of Japan's constitution prohibiting the right of collective self-defense as war potential.   We should not let them ruin these principles.

Let's act now in more concrete ways in order to stop this move by our politicians to make Japan a weapon-exporting country.
